Trader Joe’s Teriyaki Chicken & Veggies Recipe
Serves 4
What You’ll Need From Trader Joe’s:
2 packets Microwavable Brown Rice
1 container Asian-Style Vegetable Stir-Fry
1 lb chicken breast
1/3 cup Soyaki Sauce
Directions:
Microwave rice according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken and saute until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add the veggies to the pan and cook 3-5 minutes until tender.
Add the chicken back into the pan with the Soyaki sauce, cooking on low/medium for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve over rice and enjoy! Optional: top with sesame seeds.
