Make breakfast quick and delicious and my Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Bowl. This recipe is made in just one pot for a easy morning meal, and it’s plant-based to make sure you start out the day with good nutrition!
Heat olive oil in a pot on medium heat. Once hot add the apples, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Saute about 3 minutes.
Remove a few apples from the pot (to save for toppings) then add the oats and almond milk to the pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low for about 10-15 minutes to allow the liquid to cook off.
Serve your oatmeal topped with the reserved apples, almond butter and maple syrup.
