All you need is just 5 simple ingredients from Trader Joe’s for this super easy dinner recipe. Whip these delicious Gochujang Noodles together in under 20 minutes for a healthy and satisfying meal!
Trader Joe’s Gochujang Noodle Recipe
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
1/4 cup gochujang sauce
1/4 cup coconut aminos
Thai wheat noodles (2 packets)
1 lb chicken, cut into thin pieces
about 2 cups of any veggies you like! (I used broccoli, onion and bell pepper)
Optional: sesame seeds for topping
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken and cook about 2 minutes each side until golden brown.
Add your veggies to the pan and cook another few minutes until tender.
Add the noodles, gochujang and coconut aminos. Mix well to combine the flavors!
Serve and enjoy! Optional: top with sesame seeds if desired.
