Toppings of choice: berries, nuts, granola, nut butter, maple syrup, yogurt, etc.
Directions:
Add the banana, oats, protein powder, greek yogurt and almond milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a nonstick pan on medium/low heat. Once hot, add 1/4 cup of the pancake batter at a time. Once bubbles form on the top of each pancake, flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.
Plate pancakes and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
