This Apple, Walnut & Goat Cheese Salad is my all-time favorite fall salad – I make it every single year!! It’s crisp, fresh, and full of flavor, with the perfect mix of sweet apples, crunchy walnuts, creamy goat cheese, and a little pop from the dried cranberries. The maple-apple cider dressing ties everything together and gives the salad this tangy flavor that’s so so addicting.
I always make this as a holiday side because it’s colorful, festive, and adds a lighter, fresher option to the table, but it’s also a great salad to have in your back pocket for an easy lunch. Just throw in some chicken from added protein!
