After the whirlwind of the holidays and lots of traveling, I’m finally back in LA and honestly so happy to be home. There’s something about getting back into my routine that feels grounding, and for me that ALWAYS starts in the kitchen.
That said, I haven’t been feeling my usual full-on ingredient prep lately, so this week I leaned into one solid meal that I could grab when I’m busy, tired, or just not in the mood to cook. This is your reminder that meal prep doesn’t have to look the same every week. Make it work for you and how you’re feeling. Switching things up keeps it sustainable, and at the end of the day, having just something prepped can make such a difference in making sure you’re getting a balanced meal (or even a hearty snack) when you need it most.
