If you’ve spent even five minutes scrolling on TikTok or Instagram lately, chances are you’ve seen the viral brothy rice bowls popping up everywhere. As soon as I saw this recipe I knew I had to try it, and it did not disappoint! It’s cozy, hearty, and a great swap if you’re running out of soup ideas for winter.
I put my own spin on it using one of my all-time favorite flavors: gochujang. And of course I use bone broth instead of regular broth to kick-up the gut nourishing qualities and protein content.
