Ready to recreate the viral Baked Feta Pasta with a sweet and spicy twist?! We’re whipping up Hot Honey Baked Feta Pasta. It’s a quick and easy dinner recipe that’s gluten-free and a delicious alternative to the original Feta Pasta recipe!
Add tomatoes to a baking dish and place the block of feta in the center.
Drizzle tomatoes and feta with olive oil and hot honey. Sprinkle with salt and if desired, top feta with about 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes (more or less depending on how spicy you like it!).
Bake the tomatoes and feta for 25-30 minutes until feta is golden and tomatoes are tender. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
Mix the feta cheese and tomatoes until it forms a creamy sauce. Add the pasta to the baking dish and give it another stir.
Serve, top with more hot honey if desired, and enjoy!
