Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the broccoli, meatballs, scallion whites and a big spoonful of chili crisp (If you don’t like a lot of spice, use olive oil here instead). Saute 3-5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together mayo, sriracha and a dash of water to thin out the consistency into a sauce.
Transfer rice to a bowl and add the meatballs/broccolini on top. Drizzle the sriracha sauce over and add more chili crisp! Finish it off with the scallion greens.
